THE HIDEOUT THEATRE

I'll be appearing with The Polite Society, an improv group. I know... poetry and improv? How weird is that? Perhaps a bit like a one night stand that is so bloody terrific one gets an entire night's sleep, afterwards, before the cold light of day dawns with a realisation that although it could be a match made in heaven, the possible love child resulting therefrom may be a bit of a freak.

NEW AUSTIN GIGS

Bazza and I had a brilliant gig tonight at The Hideout, 617 Congress Avenue. We gigged from 6:00 to 8:00PM, I open for Bazza, he played, I did a bit more and he finished. It was an intimate audience, yes that's an euphemism for small, but very attentive and appreciative.

Tomorrow night, Saturday 20th January we are at the Clementine Coffee Bar 2200 Manor Rd, Austin, Texas from 9:00 to 11:00PM.

P.S., Not gig related but very exciting indeed, Bazza gave me a fabulous bracelet made of skulls, a bone and domino tiles. Its bloody brilliant!
